May mga bagay na dapat kang malaman, mga qualities na dapat taglayin at pagtuunan ng pansin bilang isang entrepreneur.

Sapagka't dito nakasalalay ang mga hakbangin na iyong gagawin upang mapaunlad ang kahit na anong bisnes o negosyo na iyong papasukin.

Dito magkakaroon ka ng knowledge upang magkaroon ka ng matibay na pundasyon para maging matatag ka at magkaroon ng mga tamang desisyon na gagawin para sa iyong negosyo o bisnes.

Question: Ano ang pinakamahalaga mong asset bilang isang Entrepreneur?

Maaaring ang sagot mo na ang most valuable asset mo ay yung bahay, kotse o kaya mga gadgets na pag-aari mo...

Pero lingid sa iyong kaalaman na ang pinakamahalaga mong asset bilang isang entrepreneur ay ang iyong Earning Ability o yung kakayahan mo kung papaano kumita ng pera.

Yung mga ari-arian mo lahat nagde-depreciate ang value n'yan o mabilis bumaba ang halaga. Pero kung ikaw ay may abilidad o diskarte na kumita ng pera lahat ng gusto mo mabibili mo. Basta ginalingan mo lang yung abilidad mo sa pagkita ng pera lahat ng mamahaling bahay, lupa, magagarang sasakyan at mga latest gadgets kayang-kaya mong bilhin.

Ang Earning Ability mo ay hindi mag-go-grow kung hihinto kang palaguin at pag-aralan ito, At hindi ka uunlad sa kahit ano pang negosyo ang papasukin mo kung hindi ka kikilos. Kaya mahalaga ang paggawa ng aksyon para may magandang marating ang bisnes mo at magtagumpay ka.

Kaya dito sa blog na ito ibibigay ko sayo ng libre ang pinaka-mahahalagang bagay at mga kaalaman para mas matutunan mo kung papaano mo mai- Increase ang iyong Earning Ability as Entrepreneur.

Sa kahit anong bisnes o kahit anong product o opportunity pa ang inoofer mo. Ito ang magpapataas ng iyong Marketing Ideas and Skills.

Marketing Ideas and Skills is very important to increase your earning ability.

That's why you need to know the right mindset structure of an entrepreneur, kailangan mong malaman at pag-aralan ang tamang kaisipan ng mga successful entrepreneur, bakit at paano sila nagtagumpay.

Mindset is so powerful na pwedeng baguhin ang iyong kaisipan ng sa gayo'y mabago din ang iyong buhay.

At ito ang Right Mindset bilang isang Entrepreneur.






Ang mga Successful Entrepreneurs inuuna nila ang Foundation then Plan/Action then Reward. Kung titingnan mo mas malaki ang Foundation sa pyramid sapagkat ito ang pinakamahalaga na makakapagpatibay ng pagiging isang successful entrepreneur kaya dito sila nagpo-focus.

Rich Dad, Poor Dad is the story of author Robert Kiyosaki's upbringing in Hawaii and his two fathers – one rich father (not biological) and one poor father (biological). Kiyosaki was forced to choose between following in the footsteps of his poor father – a highly educated government worker – or his rich father – an entrepreneur who never graduated high school.

Ultimately, Kiyosaki decides to learn from his rich dad - who wouldn’t? The book focuses mostly on the education and financial advice Kiyosaki learned from his rich dad. His rich father was able to create a multi-million dollar empire from virtually nothing, using his financial acumen and the power of his imagination.

The book is organized into six main lessons that Kiyosaki presents to becoming successful:

• The rich don't work for money
• Financial literacy is key
• Own businesses, rather than work at them         
• Understand taxes and the power of corporations
• The rich invent money
• Work to learn rather than work for money

These lessons combine the teachings of Kiyosaki's rich dad with experiences from his own life. They contain recurring themes, such as the importance of improving your financial IQ and financial literacy, a set of skills that Kiyosaki believes is absent from the current education system.

The book also shows how the rich don't work for money, they force money to work for them. The rich acquire assets rather than liabilities. Kiyosaki stresses the importance of being able to differentiate between an asset and a liability. He states that in order to be truly wealthy, your asset column must be robust and able to offset your living expenses. He explains that most people believe a higher income will make them rich, but in reality, a strong asset column will. Higher incomes often lead to higher expenses, higher taxes, and more debt.

Rich Dad, Poor Dad explores the power of corporations and demonstrates how the rich use corporations to house their money. Corporations allow for expenses to be paid pre-tax, saving the business owner lots of money. Kiyosaki dispels the myth that taxes hurt the rich the most – instead he shows how many rich people avoid taxes and outsmart the system. Taxes actually hit the poor and middle class much harder.

Kiyosaki also explores the character traits and beliefs that hold people back from becoming rich. He claims these obstacles can be grouped into five different categories: fear, criticism, laziness, bad habits, and arrogance. The book explores how each one of these factors acts as an impasse to financial success and gives real-life examples.

Much of the book is devoted to self-reflection. He discusses at length the ways in which his rich dad and poor dad have influenced him. Although he ultimately chose to emulate his rich dad, he still retains some of the beliefs that his poor father held, such as the importance of social responsibility and empathy for what he terms as the "have-nots."

The Benefits of Helping Others

Help yourself by helping others.

Sa sobrang busy sa ating mga buhay mahirap na para sa atin na humanap ng oras upang makatulong sa iba. Gayunpaman, ang benefits ng pagtulong ay may maganda at malaking bagay na maidudulot para sa'yo, sa'yong pamilya, trabaho, negosyo at komunidad.  

This is no surprise that there is much that we can learn from helping like stress management, resilience and happiness from this.

Kaya kung gusto mo na maka-cope with stress you have to serve others. Stress management and resilience can be enhanced by connecting with others in need. When you have a sense of how much of the world lives you have a better perspective on life as well as the hassles and challenges of our lives too. Additionally, you experience more empathy, compassion, and solidarity with others as well.

Ayon sa mga research, helping others reduces mortality rates by 40 percent. This is really quite remarkable research. Since it isn’t a randomized clinical trial we can’t be exactly sure how this works but it may speak to the notion that serving others can be both good for your mental and physical health.

So, if you want to manage stress better and be more resilient, think about giving back by helping others in need. You’ll probably get more than you can possibly give if you do so. And you’ll likely be happier to boot.
